From Wildfires to New Beginnings 💛🎶🏡 (1 Year looking back)

Some moments in this business stay with me forever — and this was one of them.

I recently had the honor of helping close friends who tragically lost their home in the Altadena fires begin a new chapter.

First, I helped them secure a peaceful rental where they could regroup, breathe and simply take things one step at a time. And throughout the process, I kept telling them the same thing: the right home would show up before the lease ended.

Thankfully, it did.

John and Tineke will now be moving into their new home in Pasadena just three days before their lease expires. A close call — but ultimately, a perfect landing.

What made the experience even more meaningful was celebrating alongside them this week as John performed with Diana Krall at The Soraya.

Moments like this remind me how interconnected life really is. Real estate, music, relationships, trust, community — it all overlaps.

Helping people through major life transitions is never just about buying or selling a house. It’s about creating stability during uncertain moments and helping people find their footing again.
