As both a local real estate agent and someone raising a family in Woodland Hills with my wife Katie and daughter, I’ve become increasingly bullish on this neighborhood over the past few years.
More buyers are starting to realize Woodland Hills offers something that’s becoming harder to find in Los Angeles:

- quieter streets
- larger lots
- better value per square foot
- a true neighborhood feel
The market has definitely shifted from the frenzy years. Buyers are more patient and strategic now, which means overpriced homes are sitting longer. But the homes that are well-prepared, priced correctly and offer a strong lifestyle experience are still moving quickly.
I’m also continuing to watch the long-term momentum tied to Warner Center redevelopment and investment throughout the west San Fernando Valley. You can feel the evolution happening in real time.
For me, this market is personal. I’m not just selling homes here — this is where my family lives, spends weekends and builds community. That gives me a very different perspective when helping clients buy or sell in Woodland Hills.
And honestly? I think more people across Los Angeles are about to start paying closer attention to this area.
